To participate in this event please download and complete the following forms and return to vendors@municipalevents.com
This is typically a great event with 4-5000 people previously.
NOTE TO VENDORS: we do not allow for multiples of the same food trucks. We want to make sure that there are not multiple falafel or pizza guys – similarly, we don’t want multiple face painters or sand art people. We want to limit the competition within the events. This is for your benefit.
Initially, please only fill out the application/contract and send them for approval – once you are approved – we will send you a payment link to pay for your space(s). We will then ask you to fill out the additional documents – health, fire, hold, COI, etc.
Food Trucks: We will have Kosher and Non-Kosher trucks at this event.
Non Kosher Food Trucks – Please fill out the application as listed below.
KOSHER FOOD VENDORS – you MUST submit your KOSHER CERTIFICATE with application. Certificates should be from one of the following
- OU (Orthodox Union)
- OK Kosher
- Star-K
- Kof-K
- CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council)

VENDOR TYPES:
Food Vendor: Anyone who sells prepared food and needs a health permit.
Merch Vendors are independent, small “Mom & Pop” businesses that make or retail the products they sell. These vendors are the heartbeat of the vendor shopping village and offer handmade or retail items sold directly to customers. This category includes:
• Craft Vendors – Makers of handmade items such as soap, candles, body care, art, jewelry, food products, and other specialty products.
• Merchandise vendors are reselling merchandise and are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and health department approvals (if selling “consumable” goods).
