MES has been working with the Borough of Maywood on their Summer Concert Series for the past 5 years. These events are fantastic! Due to the success over the past years, Maywood has now purchased and installed a beautiful band shell. The shows attract a great crowd of guests.
We need 3 trucks per event, 1 dessert truck and 2 savory trucks.
Vendors:
ONLY talk to MES Events about vending or food truck opportunities. Everyone else is a SCAM!

NOTE TO VENDORS: We approve and curate each event – we do not allow for multiples of the same food trucks & vendors. We want to make sure that there are not multiple empanada or pizza guys – similarly, we don’t want multiple face painters or sand art people. We want to limit the competition within the events. This is for your benefit.
Initially, please only fill out the application/contract and send them for approval – once you are approved – we will send you a payment link to pay for your space(s). We will then ask you to fill out the additional documents – health, fire, hold, COI, etc.
