MES has been working with the Borough of Maywood on their Summer Concert Series for the past four years. These events are fantastic! Due to the success over the past years, Maywood has now purchased and installed a beautiful band shell. The shows attract a great crowd of guests.

We need 3 trucks per event, 1 dessert truck and 2 savory trucks.

Vendors:

ONLY talk to MES Events about vending or food truck opportunities. Everyone else is a SCAM!

NOTE TO VENDORS: The reason for the pre-approval – we do not allow for multiples of the same food trucks & vendors. We want to make sure that there are not multiple empanada or pizza guys – similarly, we don’t want multiple face painters or sand art people. We want to limit the competition within the events. This is for your benefit.

Initially, please only fill out the application/contract and send them for approval – once you are approved – we will send you a payment link to pay for your space(s). We will then ask you to fill out the additional documents – health, fire, hold, COI, etc.
